The Presidential Penthouse

Located on floors 42 and 43, along with the Royal Penthouse, this penthouse boasts the title of the most exclusive room in Hotel Arts. It stands out for its magnificent terrace, which is the highest in all of Barcelona, as well as its spacious layout. It is a two-story apartment spanning 400 m², with avant-garde interior decor, two bedrooms on the second floor and a first floor featuring a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining room, a guest bathroom and a private gym.

On the second floor, both bedrooms are set up with double beds, and each has a large walk-in closet alongside an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub.
