Chef Paco Pérez drives his philosophy on each fine-dining dish, capturing the freshness of the sea and the essence of farm and mountain produce. The authentic spirit of Mediterranean cuisine permeates the seasonally-inspired menu.

Paco Pérez, Catalonia’s highest awarded chef, has garnered a total of six Michelin stars during his career. At Enoteca, awarded with two Michelin stars he carefully balances avant-garde and traditional culinary techniques to seduce diners with new textures, flavors, colors and aromas. Every dining experience is defined by the three pillars of Mediterranean cuisine: Olive oil, Wheat and Wine.

Over 700 fine wines from the carefully curated cellar harmoniously pair with the cuisine. Essential classics combine with vintages by prestigious winemakers from around the world, in celebration of contemporary wine.

Sophisticated and tranquil, the intimate dining room is inspired by its coastal setting. A crisp white palette fuses with light wood furnishings to create a soothing backdrop, allowing gastronomical encounters to take center stage. The Enoteca experience is enhanced in the summer months with dining on the seafront terrace, complemented by discreet personalized service, provided by the passionate team.

15th anniversary Enoteca Paco Pérez

In the year that Enoteca Paco Perez celebrates its 15th anniversary, we pay tribute to the beautiful history and journey that we have all lived so far.

Last October 18, 2023 we celebrated an unprecedented and unrepeatable evening where only 45 diners experienced this event in first person.

Chef Paco Pérez received in Enoteca 7 friends and colleagues traveling through the gastronomic universe: Paolo Casagrande (Lasarte); Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas (Share, Enjoy); Albert Raurich (former head of elBulli, Dos Palillos, Dos Pebrots); Rafa Zafra (Estimate) and Hideki Matsuhisa (Koy Shunka).

Together they developed a unique menu, designed exclusively for this occasion that honors the trajectory Enoteca has been through.

Somos Mar

An ode to the sea

SOMOS MAR, a cycle of four dinners around the legacy of the sea. Chef Paco Pérez together with renowned guest chefs will demonstrate how much they have in common thanks to the marine influence.

This past May 9th, Pepe Vieira, with two Michelin stars, a Michelin green star, as well as two Repsol suns, became the first guest of this culinary series bringing with him the energy emanating from the Cantabrian Sea.

Cape Creus and Cape Finisterre are located on the same meridian, 42. This data determines that despite the distance in which both chefs are, geographically the similarities are immense and determining.

On April 25th, an event unfolded, immersing our guests in a culinary journey of distinctive flavors, merging the freshness of the Mediterranean Sea with the distinct Asian character of the House of Suntory. Amidst whispers of smoke and spices, the House of Suntory beautifully complemented our signature menu, crafting an unforgettable experience.

Throughout this event, each sip and every bite narrated a tale of tradition and innovation. It was a gastronomic adventure that awakened the senses and exalted the finest flavors.

This gathering marked a milestone in our 15-year journey and commemorated Beam Suntory’s centennial.

K22 Bonesvalls

The distinctive wine of Enoteca

In harmony with the menu two Michelin stars of Enoteca Paco Pérez rich in Catalan character, the distinctive wine K22 Bonesvalls has been elaborated by the artisan winery Alemany i Corrio.

With a medium intensity and reflecting golden tones, this fresh and fruity wine contains notes of honey and green apple.
